Korgarin community
Privacy
Nothing sneaky — just a plain-English look at what Korgarin.com uses, what I keep and why.
The basics
What the site uses
You can look around most of Korgarin.com without creating an account or signing in. Things like my collection totals, goals, Hall of Fame, Clan Korg, prize history and Community Contributions come from Korgarin Command Center — the private system I use behind the scenes to keep everything organised.
If you use the stream section, YouTube or Twitch players and chat can load right here on the site. When they do, those services may receive the usual information your browser sends them, and their own privacy rules apply too.
Google sign-in
When I ask you to sign in
Most of Korgarin.com doesn't need a sign-in. If I need to know that a request belongs to the same person — for example, a weekly Free Stat Pet request — I may ask you to sign in with Google.
For this viewer sign-in, Korgarin.com requests only basic Google identity information using the standard openid, email and profile permissions. This can provide a stable Google account identifier, your email address, whether Google reports that email as verified, your name and profile picture. I don't receive your Google password.
This Google sign-in does not request access to your YouTube account, channel, subscriptions, likes, comments, watch history or other YouTube activity. Korgarin.com does not use Google or YouTube activity to decide whether you qualify for a Free Stat Pet.
I use the verified identity to keep weekly limits, request history and username corrections attached to the same person. Your signed-in session is stored in a secure, signed browser cookie and can remain valid for up to one year so you don't normally need to sign in again on every visit.
I don't sell Google sign-in information, give it to advertisers or use it to decide which ads you see. If you'd like personal information removed, email [email protected]. I'll remove information that no longer needs to be kept while retaining records that are still reasonably needed for completed prizes, transaction integrity, security, abuse prevention or other legitimate record keeping.
Korgarin.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can also read Google's Privacy Policy for information about how Google handles information on its own services.
KorgKoins
Balances and stream identity
KorgKoins are Korgarin's own stream/community points. Korgarin.com can keep a KorgKoin balance and transaction history so points can be credited, spent on supported site features and checked if a transaction needs review.
Where a KorgKoin feature needs to recognise your stream identity, Korgarin.com may keep the platform, platform account identifier and display name needed to match the balance or entry to the correct person. This identity is separate from the basic Google sign-in used for Free Stat Pet requests.
Prize-entry records can include the KorgKoins charged, transaction state and the information needed to prevent duplicate charges or safely investigate an uncertain transaction. Disconnecting an account or clearing a browser session does not erase completed KorgKoin transactions or prize records, because those records may still be needed to keep balances and completed activity accurate.
Prize entries
Information used for prizes
Some competitions I run on stream use Streamlabs. Streamlabs is a separate service and handles its own systems under its own rules. You can read the Streamlabs Terms of Service and Streamlabs Privacy Policy for more information.
Korgarin.com can keep the information I need to run and finish a competition, such as an entry or winner record, the stream name and platform shown with the entry, a Roblox username for a PS99 prize, delivery status and correction history.
If you win a Pet Simulator 99 prize, I'll also need the Roblox username that should receive it. That username tells me where to send the prize and keeps the delivery attached to the correct winner.
Keeping prizes safe: the Roblox account entered for a prize is where I'll send it. I won't swap the receiving account after a winner is drawn. It's a simple rule that helps stop someone else from trying to claim your prize.
For free prizes or claims that don't cost KorgKoins, the site may use a browser identifier to help stop duplicate entries. If you want to clear browser-only information, you can do that by clearing Korgarin.com's site data in your browser.
Once a prize has been handed out, the public winner history can show the winner's stream name, platform, prize and the Roblox account it was sent to. I keep this public so everyone can see that prizes really are being awarded. Community Contributions can also show who contributed a prize and the Roblox account it eventually went to, so you can follow where those prizes end up.
Free Stat Pets
Why I ask you to sign in
Free Stat Pets aren't a reward for watching a stream or doing anything on YouTube. You can request one when they're available whether I'm live or not.
I use your Google sign-in to keep the weekly limit fair, keep your request and delivery history together, and let you correct your Roblox username if I can't deliver the pet. Your YouTube activity doesn't affect whether you can request one.
Advertising
Ads, cookies and consent
Korgarin.com may show ads to help cover the cost of running the site and supporting the community. Ad providers, including Google when Google ads are used, may use cookies, local storage or similar technology to show and measure ads, keep them working properly and understand how they perform.
Depending on where you live, you may see a privacy or consent message before some advertising features are used. If you're given a choice, you can accept, reject or manage those options from the message.
Ad providers may receive the normal information your browser or device sends, such as your IP address, browser or device details and how you interact with an ad. Their own privacy policies cover how they handle that information.
I don't sell your personal information, and showing ads does not give advertisers access to the private account information inside Korgarin Command Center.
Data use
What I do with it
I only use this information for the Korgarin.com features you're actually using, to keep the site working and to protect it from mistakes or abuse. I don't sell your personal information.
If you send a bug report, I keep the information you choose to provide in the report, along with the affected page and basic browser/device information supplied with the report. I use that information to investigate and track site problems. Bug reports are not published publicly.
Korgarin.com is my unofficial community site and isn't affiliated with BIG Games or Roblox. Some competitions I run on stream use Streamlabs, which is a separate service with its own terms and privacy rules.
